If your purchase was made within the past 6 months, please contact our customer service for more information.

What is your return policy?
Returns are only issued if your purchase was made within the past 30 days and the item is unopened and unused. You will need to call our customer service to obtain a Return to Manufacturer Authorization (RMA) Number.

We recommend that you use the Quick Sift with cats that are under 20 lbs.
